CONFIDENTIAL UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-MILWAUKEE RESPONSES TO STATED NEEDS OF THE Spanish Speaking COMMUNITY OF MILWAUKEE 1. The University is prepared to employ a person to serve as liaison with the Spanish Speaking community of Milwaukee, with the mission of developing programs and services of mutual interest and concern, provided that a clear agreement can be made about the role of such a liaison person. 2. The University stands ready to admit any resident of the Latin American community who meets the admission require-ments set by the University.
